Findings This article reveals the personal characteristics of the respondents; studyity of respondents grok con?ict as positive and arsehole be stimulated by program library managers; a majority of them have undergo con?ict with their colleagues followed by those who experienced it with their boss(es); interpersonal con?ict ranks highest in the grammatical case of con?ict experienced in the libraries; organisational goal(s) is a major position taken into consideration during con?ict resolution duration accommodation ranks highest as technique of con?ict avoidance; it is think that library managers should deal with con?icts as soon as they arise.
